The great and ancient/contemporary exchange city of Fetoun is adjacent and often overlapped by one of the most stable ACTs in the known worlds. Because of this clear advantage in manipulating travel and trade, Fetoun has become a nexus of both currency[1] and of trade, which encompasses not only normal material goods but also of General Emotional Goods. There also exists a black market, in Fetoun, wherein merchants and the organized crime syndicates collaborate to create contemporary artifacts, like the Fir luq B'nath, which confer powers over Emotionally Transmitted Diseases and other psychic disturbances.
