The Parblax Crater was created by the Nessum Stardrive Mk. III in AK 180. Due to conspiracy theories advanced by the Whatchers, a popular belief emerged that the interior bowl of the crater held a statistically significant amount of weirdness above the post-Excession standard background level. The idea had gained enough cultural traction in the following decade that remote cameras overlooking the crater were installed by a major network. By AK 200, the Parblax Crater videostream was the most-watched visual media entertainment on this planet. As of yet, no actual weirdness has been observed, though the videostream currently holds the system-wide record with a cumulative total of over 250,000 hours of televised wind broadcast.
