The Leghan is the capital city of Japon.

It is likely that the area of the modern city of the Leghan has been inhabited for thousands of years. However, many artifacts were destroyed in the immediate aftermath of the Event (largely owing to the contested regency of Nimrod Nine), and the nature of those inhabitants can only be speculated about.

The Japon-Fetoun Wars Of Indescribable Carnage left most of the metropolis beyond the city center in ruins. Today the Leghan is centered around the governmental complex, the Leghan University, Mummer's Hall, and a variety of charming shops, cottages, museums, and cybernetic revivification stands.
