The Bourgeoisie were a clan of highlanders originally from the Proletarian Highlands. In early 6th century AK, they descended on the Great American plains, killing all American nobles (which has always been considered a progressive thing to do[1]) and declaring themselves the new ruling class. They ruled over America for centuries, until they were completely eradicated in the American War of Robotic Independence.

Etymology

The ethnonym Bourgeoisie is derived from the Old Proletarian bourg[2] ("mountain").

Notes

  1. Although some conservative revisionist scholars, most notably Alberta Frankenmuth, have argued that it was simply indecent of them to spill so much blood upon the American soil
