The Honorable Doctor Flamen Volturnalis is a respected scholar in the area of what came after (and indeed, before). His conclusions are frequently questioned, but seldom more than once, at least by those who enjoy breathing.

His current research on minutiae of the second season of WKRP in Cincinnati has proved of startling worth. He keeps a pallid bust of Pallas just above his chamber door, but primarily for effect.
