Created to reestablish order following the [[One:Reshuffle_Kerfuffle|Reshuffle Kerfuffle]], the Ministry of Weights, Measures, and Moral Rectitude (generally referred to as WM-2) was initially dedicated to promoting a moral code in a rapidly decaying society.
