Fields:
- Acc: Accepted (overrides dibs and submittal data)
- Auth: Author
- Dib: Dibs (first activity date)
- FL: First linking author data
- Notes: Generic notes text for box
- Sub: Submitted (overrides dibs data)
- TC: Turn the phantom was created
- Title: Box title
