Divergence is a key element of Chronology Theory, which is defined as the point at which co-present objects shift to being poly-present, contra-present, or dis-present. Divergences have occurred at many critical junctures in the current timeline, resulting in significant disruption to the Extended Unified Timeline.

Significant Divergences

Most scholars of chronology consider each of the Excessions to have resulted from a divergence, though this topic is highly debated by various schisms and factions.

Other significant divergences include the Flamboyant Gentleman Situation of 63AK, the sudden mass extinction of the mammalian family Scuridae, and the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick Supplicants.[1].
